- Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final.
Please ensure you are reading all ingredients and choosing the correct products prior to purchase as we do not offer refunds/exchanges.
Refunds will only be granted for items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. Due to sanitary reasons and COVID 19, there will be no returns or exchanges.
- What shipping methods are used?
All orders are shipped USPS First Class 2-3 Business Days. Please note that due to COVID, USPS is experiencing delays. Please refer to your tracking information to keep track of your package. We are based in Maryland; therefore, local shipments may be received quicker than shipments that aren't traveling near us.
All orders placed on 7/24/21 - 7/28/21 by 12pm, will be shipped on 7/29. Any orders after, will be shipped on 8/4/21.
- If my package says delivered, but I have not received it what do I do?
We strive to ensure that your packages are packaged with attention to detail and personally drop the packages off to USPS. However, once the package is deemed "delivered" and no longer in our possession, you will need to contact USPS with your tracking number to receive clarification on any lost/stolen items.
- I am allergic to one or more ingredients in your lipgloss, do you offer without the mentioned ingredients?
Yes and no. At this time, the only lipgloss available to be altered for any allergy related reasons is our Dream Girl clear gloss. If you wish to have an ingredient removed/substituted, please contact us via email at info@beautycreatedperfectly for special orders - please do so prior to ordering. We will do our best to accommodate you.
